Heidenhain LC 195F

Determine travel requirements: Select the appropriate length model according to the machine’s maximum travel (e.g., 1,040 mm, 2,240 mm, 3,240 mm, etc.).
Resolution requirement: For extremely high machining accuracy (micron or sub-micron level), 10 nm resolution is recommended; for general industrial machining, 50 nm is sufficient.
Interface compatibility: Verify the signal interface used by the CNC system and select the corresponding αi, α, Fanuc 05, or Panasonic Pana01 interface.
Environmental conditions: In environments with heavy dust, chips, or coolant, a dual-sealed version (such as LC 195P) is recommended to enhance reliability.
